The quality of the network will affect the compatibility between the external All-in-one Video Conference Device and the built-in microphone of the VS20. Therefore, we’d recommend disabling one of them according to the below scenarios.
When there’s more than 10 persons, please disable the All-in-one Video Conference Device and use the VS20 Button built-in microphone (supports up to 20 Buttons).
On the VS20 Host’s Web Management interface, select the TX Wi-Fi Microphone
When there’s less than 10 persons, please disable the VS20 Button built-in microphone and use the All-in-one Video Conference Device.
On the VS20 Host’s Web Management interface, disable the TX Wi-Fi Microphone.
