What should I do if the dock's Ethernet port doesn't work?

If your laptop can't connect to the Internet through the Ethernet port on the DP1310, the issue may be caused by a driver or the LAN cable. Try the following:

- Update your DisplayLink driver
  Go to here to download the latest DisplayLink driver for your docking station.

- Check the Ethernet port and the connected LAN cable.
  Make sure that the LAN cable is firmly connected to the Ethernet port. The
  two LEDs from the port should light up solid green and with alternating
  yellow blinking. If not, try a different LAN cable to see if the issue persists.
