When my keyboard is connected to the USB port of EX321UX, press Ctrl three times (Ctrl x3), and the keyboard will lose connection. What should I do?

Please go to BenQ Support > Download > EX321UX > Software & Driver.

Download KVM Solution for Windows or KVM Solution for Mac.

Unzip the file and follow the Update Guide for installation.
