Before performing the steps below, ensure the following:
To access the on-screen keyboard on the display, follow the steps according to the laptop’s OS version.
1. Press .
The Start menu appears.
2. In the search box, type Settings.
The Settings app is listed.
3. Click Settings
The Settings menu appears.
4. Click Personalization > Taskbar corner icons.
The Taskbar corner icons menu drops down.
5. Enable Touch keyboard.
The touch keyboard appears.
Tip: You can create a taskbar shortcut for easier access. On the taskbar, right-click on the On-Screen Keyboard icon, and then click Pin to taskbar.

The Start menu appears.
2. Click > Ease of Access > Keyboard.

1. From the lower-right corner of the screen, click and drag the mouse pointer upwards.
2. Click Search
The search box appears.
3. Enter On-Screen Keyboard.
The app appears on the list.
4. Click On-Screen Keyboard.
The on-screen keyboard appers.
