Models with Ultra Short-throw, Integrated 3D, Interactive Whiteboard
EUROPE, February 14, 2011 – BenQ will debut in Didacta, Germany’s no. 1 education fair that takes place in Stuttgart on February 22 - 26. Herewith BenQ, world’s largest provider of DLP® projectors, underlines its focus on the segments of school and government. BenQ will introduce innovative projection technologies, including short-throw, 3D and interactive solutions on its booth in Hall 5 / Stand C56.
BenQ’s stand will feature flagship MP780ST, BenQ’s interactive projector with its revolutionary PointDraw™ technology. This short-throw model projects onto any screen and, unlike traditional interactive whiteboards, MP780ST doesn’t require an interactive whiteboard for interactive usage. Its integrated interactive system allows users to participate with the PointDraw™ pen from wherever they stand – without going through the hassles and add-on costs of system calibration and interactive whiteboard installation.
Brand new projector MW881UST will show ultra short-throw in the truest sense of the word, projecting with minimal shadow distortions. MW881UST is capable of projecting a huge 92” full-sized diagonal image size with crisp-clear picture quality from just 48cm away, which makes it the perfect solution for any space-challenged venue. The MW881UST is 3D-readied to prepare schools and institutions for 3D integration in learning.
Furthermore BenQ will present Edukick 2.0 – a solution with sophisticated educational concepts, integrated hardware and software, comprehensive teacher training and service. Edukick 2.0, aimed at the education segment, is created together with renowned partners BrainGame, Ingram Micro, Lenovo, Microsoft and Stiefel Interaktiv.
