A product with an A-grade gradation is "as new" and almost indistinguishable from new. A-grade products have no scratches on the monitor’s panel & projector’s lens and include all original key accessories. If there are scratches on bezel, these are  less than 5mm. For environmental reasons, the outer carton will not always be renewed. It may include conditions such as: rips, visible signs long-term wear. All our refurbished products have been checked by our specialist.

A product with a B-grade gradation is "lightly used". The product has several light traces of use, which justifies the lower price than A-grade products. B-grade products have no scratches on the monitor’s panel & projector’s lens and included all key accessories and repaired/non repaired accessory items. If there are scratches on bezel, these might be more than 5mm, and are visible with the eye. Operational usage of projector is less than 500hrs. For environmental reasons, the outer carton will not always be renewed. It may include conditions such as: holes, rips, visible signs long-term wear, damage to carton, visible damage from the removal of shipping stickers. All our refurbished products have been checked by our specialist.
