You asked, we listened!

We’re giving you another opportunity to showcase your design skills and win some amazing prizes. This time we want you to create a screensaver for our new PD DesignVue monitor for the chance to win the PD2720U monitor and €3,000 ! We’re also going to feature the winning designs on our website, and you’ll have the chance to win free tickets to our creative workshops hosted by BenQ Experts.

Entering this competition is really simple:

Step one: Design a screensaver with the theme “True Colors Right Before You” using any image-editing software of your choosing. Make sure to include the AQCOLOR logo in your design. Download it here.

Step two: Download the PD2720U images from here and drop your screensaver on to the BenQ monitor.

Step three: Upload the final image on Instagram using the following hashtags: #BenQdesignVueCompetition, #BenQscreensaver, #BenQPD2720U, #AQCOLOR. Make sure you’re following us @inspiration_by_benq.

Step four: Keep your fingers crossed and hope that you’ll be one of our lucky winners!  

Prizes:
We want you to unleash your creativity! That’s why we split the competition in two categories: Photo Retouching and Illustration. This means there will be two first-prize winners and two secondprize winners!

Photo Retouchers: we want you to blend reality with illusion to create a truly remarkable design!

Illustrators: blow us away with your drawing skills and styles, be it digital, collage or pencil drawing!

First place:
A brand new BenQ PD2720U DesignVue monitor and €3,000.

Second place:

Introduce your work to the world!

Not only could you win some amazing prizes, but the winning entries will be hosted on www.benq.eu available to download as screensavers. We’ll feature the winning images on our monitors during shows, expos, events. Your incredible skills will be on display for everyone to see during industry-leading events, shows and exhibitions all around Europe.

Selecting a winner 

The four main winners, as well as any special mention prize winners will be determined by our team of judges, who will be will be looking for the most well-composed, artistic and original images that evoke the best interpretation of the theme “True Colors Right Before You”.

Photo Retouching entries will be judged by:

- Dave Bergin - Freelance CG and Motion Graphics artist, owner of CG Shortcuts
- Martin Benes - Freelance Brand Influencer
- Kenneth Shinabery - Artist, Photographer, Social Media & Marketing Guru
- Eva VIllazala - Lamono Magazine Art Director

Illustrations will be judged by:

- Martin Perhiniak - Graphic Designer, Digital Artist, Adobe Instructor
- Massimo Nava - Digital Artist, Teacher
- Robert Hranitzky - Graphic Designer
- Víctor Palau - Graphic Designer

Your design must follow the theme of the competition “True colors right before you” and you must include the AQCOLOR logo in you design. You will be required to provide the original design file if you win. Screensaver file must be 3840 x 2160, 16:9 aspect ratio.
The deadline for uploading your design is June 30th 2019 and the winners will be announced on or before July 15th 2019. This competition is open to all European Residents.
