Terms and Conditions
By entering this Competition, Participants indicate their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
“Promoter” is BenQ Europe B.V, whose registered office is at Meerenakkerweg 1-17, 5652 AR, Eindhoven, Netherlands.
“Competition” is the online matches by the Promoter within the environment of Call of Duty Warzone Battle Royale subject to the terms and conditions herein.
“Participant” is the player account that enters the Competition, whether or not the player stays through the end of each match.
“BenQ Squad” is a team formed by four BenQ influencers, and will interact with the Participants in the Competition.
How to Join
There is no entry fee and no purchase of the Promoter’s product required to enter this competition.
The Competition is a regional event, and is open to anyone who plays Call of Duty Warzone Battle Royale on PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms in the “Europe” server and lives in the European Economic Area (EEA), including Switzerland and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. To enter the Competition, the Participant must own a select the applicable Call of Duty Warzone Battle Royale server, and should have a valid Activision/Call of Duty account with an individual username. It is the Participants’ responsibility to make sure that their accounts are valid and eligible for joining the Competition.
The Competition will run for the total period of two weeks. The dates of the match days are: 10th October and 17th October, first match will start at 8:00pm (CEST) and the second match at 8:45pm on the aforementioned dates. Four BenQ influencers will form the ‘BenQ Squad’, of which the main objective is to stay alive. The BenQ Squad will join a queue to enter the server, where they can be matched with up to 196 other Participants. Therefore, the Promoter cannot promise that each Participant will be able to meet the BenQ Squad in each match. There will be two rounds per match day. If the whole BenQ Squad is eliminated, the round on ends. If some of the BenQ Squad is eliminated and some survive, the game will continue until the last man standing.
Prize and Winner Announcement
The Participant will receive one BenQ EX2710 144Hz Gaming Monitor for each BenQ Influencer eliminated by that Participant. That is, if the same Participant eliminates two BenQ Influencers, the Participant will be eligible for receiving two monitors. The Promoter will give up to four monitors per round and 8x per match day. If the BenQ Squad stands until the last and they win the game, but with an incomplete team, the Participant who eliminated any BenQ Influencers during the game will still receive an EX2710.
The Participant should make a screenshot when the BenQ Influencer is eliminated, and forward the screenshot to the following BenQ Social media accounts through direct message:

The Promoter will verify the claim with the footage captured from the BenQ Influencer, and cross check against the Epic Games server.
The Promoter will announce the winner(s) within 3 days on BenQ Europe social media pages and via the BenQ Influencers social media accounts after each match day. The evidences of winners will be posted as well. The Promoter has the right to examine the submitted claim and final determination on the winners.
Winners will be asked to provide their contact and shipping information. If the Promoter does not receive the required information within 7 days after the winner announcement, the winner’s qualification will be cancelled and the Promoter is not responsible for providing any compensation thereof. The shipping costs will be borne by the Promoter. The monitors given as prize for this Competition is non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other times.
Winners are encouraged to post the unboxing pictures or videos of the monitors on their social media accounts.
If the BenQ Squad stands until the last with all four BenQ influencers survived at the end of the match day, the Promoter will donate 1,000 EUR to UNICEF.
- If BenQ Squad wins the game with 1 person standing, BenQ will donate 250 EUR to UNICEF. With 2 persons, 500 EUR; 3 persons, 750 EUR and all 4 persons, 1000 EUR to UNICEF.
- If the squad member is knocked down, but survived from the battle in the Gulag, or is being healed by their teammate, no prize will be given for the knocking down of the influencer.
- If the influencer is knocked down and gets eliminated by another player within the same knockdown/elimination scenario, the player who knocked the squad member down gets the monitor, NOT the finisher.
- If the squad member can’t survive from the battle in the Gulag, the rule 3 above applies, the knocked down person gets the award. If he does survive from the Gulag battle, then game continues, no one gets the award yet, until he has been eliminated for the second time. in the second time, the rule 3 applies still.
- The BenQ squad are not allowed to redeploy their teammate(s) once they have been eliminated.
Conditions for the participants,
- Participants need to eliminate the BenQ Squad member and try to survive and win the match to win the monitor.
- Participants who eliminated the BenQ Squad members, but die afterwards with the game being won by another squad, no monitor will be gifted.
- Participants who eliminated a BenQ Squad member, but die afterwards, with your team going on to win the game, a monitor will be gifted for the person who eliminated the BenQ Squad member(s).
Prohibited Conducts, and Cancellation of Qualification
Each Participant’s username must not include any defamatory, obscene, vulgar, profane, repulsive or offensive words, phrases or inferences.
No competition entries that are automatically generated by computer or completed by third parties or in bulk will be accepted or deemed effective. Illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered competition entries are prohibited. Cheating programs are also strictly prohibited.
The Participants must make sure that their behaviour in the Competition will comply with the laws and regulations they are subject to in their respective jurisdictions, and the rules implemented by Activision or third-party service providers. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict or cancel the entry to the Competition and/or the eligibility of receiving the prize without any compensation if, at the Promoter’s discretion, the Participant/winner for any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, violation of any of these terms and conditions, or suspected fraud or misrepresentation.
Disclaimers
The Promoter does not and will not guarantee that the gaming environment is reliable, error-free, uninterrupted, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the experience related to the Competition will meet anyone’s expectations or satisfactions. The Promoter shall not be liable for the lack of accuracy, completeness, and security of any data input and output, content or services not offered by the Promoter, or any loss or damage to the Participant’s (or anyone’s) account, devices, or virtual properties relating to or resulting from the Competition, including but not limited to downloading any materials, postal failure, equipment failure, and technical malfunction to systems, satellites, networks, internet connectivity, servers, computer hardware or software. Participants are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy their particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data, and reconstruction of lost data. The Promoter assumes no responsibility of, and shall not be held liable for any conduct or statement by any Participant.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE PROMOTER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS, OR BENQ INFLUENCERS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF, OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION, AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY PERIOD, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR ADVISED OF.
Change to Terms and Competitions
The Promoter reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions, and to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Competition with or without reason, including due to any human error, technical failure, or force majeure events. Any change to the Terms and Conditions, or the Competition will be published on the Promoter’s websites and/or social media accounts. A continued participation following the changes means the acceptance to such changes.
Handling of Personal Information
Each Participant agrees that any personal information provided by them shall be: (a) processed in accordance with BenQ Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.benq.eu/en-eu/policy/privacy-policy.html; and (b) used by the Promoter and their respective agents and suppliers to administer the Competition and to enable the Promoter to promote the Competition in any media.
Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions, and BenQ Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between the Participants regarding the Competition, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous, written and oral, understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
Waiver
No waiver by the Promoter of any term or condition set out in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Promoter to assert a right or provision hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
