Featuring: Astral | Mosaic | Negative-film effect
Color Accent | 4-Lomo
EUROPE, December 9, 2011 - Internationally-renowned provider of digital lifestyle solutions, BenQ, announces the debut of 14-megapixel AC100 digital camera – offering consumers the ease of obtaining photos, with a fun shooting experience, to suit their artistic senses and lifestyle.
The ultimate fun for AC100 begins with gallery-worthy artworks with effects to mimic real film negatives. Then there is a mosaic function which can be applied when needed. Furthermore, the Astral effect to add artful sparkles to the photos. BenQ’s 4-Lomo feature provides a quirky look and feel to snapshots, and the Toy effect can be used to conjure a miniature-model world. The fun Color Accent on AC100 can be used to highlight subjects in colour against a black-and-white background, and this can even be applied onto movie clips whilst shooting.
BenQ’s new AC100 brings limitless creativity to its owners. Even from the outlook of the digital camera – Vintage or luxurious, either feeling can be stirred as the front panel is crafted to evoke look and feel of the leather. With equal parts fun and flair on AC100’s appearance as its features, this nifty camera provides a textured material for a surer grip.
Other features on AC100 includes the Panorama; Advanced Smart Scene; HDR; Fisheye; Speedy Burst and Self/ Love Portrait. Also equipped with mainstream specifications: 4x optical zoom; 27mm wide-angle lens; 2.7” 230k LCD; 5cm Super Macro and 720p Movie Recording. AC100 is indeed everything an artist need for everyday photography.
Whilst specifications such as ISO3200 and 14-megapixel CCD sensor complement and enhance photos taken under low-light conditions, AC100’s F2.9 aperture lens also reduces the effects of camera-shake in such conditions.
BenQ AC100 is set to debut in Europe in January 2012 and will be available in silver and red.
