We are looking for a candidate to fulfil the following position:

Senior Product and Market Strategist - B2B

(Full-time On-site)

 

The Senior Product and Market Strategist will be responsible for driving the strategy and operations of the Interactive Displays and Digital Signage business line. The role includes overseeing product management, market positioning, and sales strategies to grow market share and drive business success. You will collaborate closely with headquarters, regional product teams, marketing teams, and sales teams to ensure the effective execution of strategic goals and business plans.

 

Tasks / Responsibilities:

1.       Sales & Market Growth:

  • Develop and implement business strategies for interactive displays and digital signage solutions to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive B2B sales growth across key verticals such as education, corporate, and retail sectors.
  • Conduct sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insight across the sales teams.

2.     Product Strategy & Management:

  • Oversee the entire product portfolio for interactive displays and digital signage, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Manage the product roadmap, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely launches and phase-outs based on lifecycle management.
  • Work with product development teams to plan and launch new products, coordinating product innovation with market demand and customer requirements.

3.      Financial Simulation & Management:

  • Perform financial simulations to model potential business scenarios, assessing risks and opportunities for profitability.
  • Manage and track the financial performance of the business line, ensuring profitability targets are met.
  • Prepare budget forecasts, set pricing strategies, and manage cost structures to optimize margins.

4.      Marketing & Customer Engagement:

  • Manage and execute the 4P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, and Place) for each target market.
  • Support event-based marketing and trade shows, ensuring effective product representation and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage product launches and promotional activities to build brand awareness and drive product adoption.

5.      Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and regional managers to create country-specific business plans.
  • Support local teams in executing these plans and help them tailor strategies to maximize effectiveness in their markets.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the product line and build industry relationships.

6.      Performance Monitoring & Improvement:

  • Analyse sales performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Improve inventory efficiency by forecasting demand and managing stock levels across different regions.
  • Use financial data and market feedback to optimize business strategies for better profitability.

 

If you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • English and Mandarin professional/native level.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management, digital signage, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Expertise in managing product portfolios and roadmap planning.
  • Experience in sales training and event marketing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of interactive display technology and digital signage solutions.

  • Proven business judgment and ability to work in supply chain, operations, or sales management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including handling large data sets and demand forecasting.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting sales training and event participation.
