KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER B2C - ITALY

BenQ, world human technology leader and solutions provider aiming at elevating and enriching every aspect of business and consumers’ lives, is currently looking to recruit a strong and established  Key Account Manager B2C who will join the BenQ Italy Sales team based in  Sesto S. Giovanni (Milan). The successful candidate will have IT and consumer technology credentials and will work on a variety of clients across the visual technology industry (monitors, displays and projectors) as well as new business wins.  He/she will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through the consolidation of existing customers, in particular Amazon and other partners working on e-commerce, and the development of new resellers and retailers, with a main focus on online channel.

Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Establish and own the B2C sales strategies aimed at serving, protecting and expanding the B2C channel base in Italy.
  • Manage the relationship with existing partners, in particular Amazon, from sales forecast and planning, negotiations and quotations to products shipment and invoicing.
  • Take full control and ownership of all Amazon KPIs and business metrics.
  • Consolidate and develop a network of BenQ Specialized Resellers in the areas of Home Cinema Projectors, Professional and Gaming Monitors by deploying specific engagement and channel marketing programs.
  • Strengthen the relationship with the existing consumer electronics retailers and recruit new ones
  • Enrich and update the existing database of B2C Channel.
  • In collaboration with the Marcom Specialist, coordinate all the digital marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing brand and product awareness and building a solid and successful digital connection with partners and consumers.
  • Understanding of the partners and consumers’ business issues, drivers and priorities and professional knowledge of the BenQ offering and value proposition, to drive real business outcomes.

 

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of selling and/or business development experience in B2C sales preferably in IT/Consumer Electronics Vendor, Distributor or Reseller. Knowledge of visual technologies market and channel is a plus.
  • Familiar with Distributors and Resellers (in particular Online) business model and requirements to develop successful co-operation with them.
  • Proven track record in ability to drive profitable revenue growth and generate new business              
  • For this role it is crucial to have the capability to multitask and manage several projects at the same time. Ability to meet tight deadlines and to prioritize when needed
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices is a plus.
  • Good level of confidence with the use of MS Office package software, in particular Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform (or equivalent) is a plus
  • Education level: Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English
