If you are experiencing color shift, deviation, or aberration or a reddish tint in the images displayed by ideaCam, there are a few steps you can take to try to fix the issue:
1. Check your lighting: poor lighting can cause color distortion in images. ideaCam is designed for professional work in 5000k color temperature in a typical office environment, and image settings are calibrated accordingly.
2. Adjust camera settings: ideaCam comes with Enspire software that allows you to adjust settings such as brightness, contrast, and saturation. Via EnSpire image settings, adjusting white balance could give you better performance in your specific environment.
3. Calibrate your display: if you are using your ideaCam for video conferencing or other professional purposes, it may want to calibrate your display to ensure that colors are displayed accurately. Please note that display settings on your monitor may cause color deviation in certain screen modes, such as eye-protection mode.
