Does DP1310 work well with BenQ Paper Color Sync?

We recommend checking the software specifications page for Paper Color Sync to see whether the current platform and monitor you use are compliant with requirements.

Since Paper Color Sync only supports single monitor displays and does not support multiple monitor displays, please make sure you connect to only one monitor when using Paper Color Sync. 

The following will briefly explain Windows and macOS laptops' compatibility with Paper Color Sync when connected via DP1310:

Windows:
Plug the Windows laptop into the DP1310's USB-C Port and use only one monitor. Paper Color Sync will automatically work correctly.

macOS (Intel chip):
Plug the macOS laptop into DP1310's USB-C IN port and connect the output to only one monitor. Paper Color Sync will work.

macOS (M1/M2 chips):
Paper Color Sync is incompatible with macOS devices with M1/M2 chips.
