The lamp adjusts its brightness to best fit ambient light when the user activates Auto Dimmer mode by pressing the Auto Dimmer button.
Please check the table below, which lists the possible causes of this issue and corresponding actions to take after pressing the Auto Dimmer button.
Possible Cause |
Action to Take |
(1) The lamp detects the ambient light when the user presses Auto Dimmer button, not continuously. |
Press Auto Dimmer button again whenever you would like to adjust the lamp brightness based on the ambient light. |
(2) The ambient illumination exceeds 500 lux and causes the lamp to stop increasing the brightness. |
Press Auto Dimmer button to adjust the lamp brightness when the ambient illumination is lower than 500lux |
(3) The automatic ambient light sensor is covered. It cannot detect the change of ambient light and adjust the lamp brightness accordingly. |
Remove any objects that cover the automatic ambient light sensor before pressing Auto Dimmer button |
