1. First, make sure the network is working properly.
2. Reset both EnSpire and ideaCam(re-insert camera into the computer).
3. Make sure the camera option is activated in Windows and macOS system, and then reconnect the ideaCam to the systems.
4. Make sure to switch on camera and microphone authorization for EnSpire, if the camera option could not be seen in EnSpire, you could set the camera option on the browser.
5. Make sure no other applications that could potentially block EnSpire. Some video conference software could block camera access. Therefore by closing other video conference software and refreshing the EnSpire page could help Windows or macOS access the camera.
6. Update the browser to the latest version.
7. Check the network connection, sometimes when network connection is not working properly to lead to EnSpire not able to perform video processing functionality.
