Could I connect my iPhone to MHL port of projector to project documents, photos, videos and any other contents in iPhone to screen by mirroring?
iPhone does not support MHL. Nevertheless, Our projector combines MHL & HDMI in the same port. You still could project the contents in iPhone via HDMI without problem.
Could projector support other RF Dongle?
Projector supports BenQ WDRT8192 wireless dongle only. Please do not use other brands of RF Dongle.
Could USB reader support HDD?
No, the USB reader could not support HDD.
May I hot plug wireless dongle? Hot plug means to plug or unplug the wireless dongle when projector is powered on.
No, projector does not support "Hot plugging" and may impact the network function. If projector operates abnormally after hot plugging, please re-boot the projector.
May I know the storage limit on the USB flash drive?
The storage limit on the USB flash drive is 64GB.
May I use USB reader to charge my cell phone or portable device?
Sorry, the USB reader could not be used as charger.
Why does projector not turn on successfully via LAN?
Please check if you follow the steps of network standby setting mentioned in user manual especially below two steps. Monitor out or audio pass through need to be activated is due to that more power are required by projector's Lan IC.
(1) Set "Network standby" to "ON"
(2) Set "Monitor out" or "Audio Pass Through" to "on"
Why is corner fit greyed out in OSD?
The function is not available when there is no input signal. If you wish to use this function when there is no input signal, please active Test Pattern first. (OSD> Display> Test Pattern)
Why projector could not wake on Lan?
Projector will initiate a self-security mechanism from full power stand-by mode to low power stand-by mode when the environment temperature is over 40 degrees. As a result, the projector's "Wake On LAN" function will be limited. Please manually turn on the projector.
How do I clean my projector lens?
It is normal to have some dust on the lens surface.

The Wired remote port is used to connect to a wired remote control. What is the maximum distance supported by the wired remote control?
My remote control is not working. What can be done to fix it?
Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:
(1) Check if the remote receiver is turned off by accident in OSD. It should be turned to Front/Top/Front+Top.
(2) Check if the batteries are out of power. Replace both of the batteries with new ones.
(3) Make sure you are not too far away from the projector. Stand within 7 meters from the projector.
(4) Remove the obstacles between the remote control and projector.
