(1) Mac Mini and Mac devices with M1/M2 chips cannot sync with the monitor when using HDMI port. We recommend connecting the monitor via Thunderbolt 3(USB-C) cable or USB-C to DisplayPort cable.
(2) Mac devices with M1/M2 chips can't recognize two individual monitors with the same model name, as it will lead to the mismatch error on the PME. We suggest you to disconnect the second monitor and calibrate one monitor at one time.
