Why doesn't my wireless controller activate when I have my hand just 2cm above it?

Please follow these steps to check your controller's functionality:

1. Make sure the batteries are new or fully charged.

2. For the 2023 version (function buttons on the controller are white), users no
    longer have to activate the wireless controller before use. Please directly
    tap on the icon to adjust the settings.

If the problem persists, please contact BenQ support or chat for further assistance.
