This promotion „BenQ UK Monitor Cashback“ („promotion“) will be executed by BenQ UK Ltd, 3 Staplehurst Office Centre, Weston-on-the-Green, Bicester OX25 3QU, United Kingdom („BenQ“). The customers accept the following terms and conditions („T&C“) by their participation. 

1. Legal conditions

This information about refund and participation, combined with the BenQ Terms of Use Notice or the BenQ Privacy Policy are the basis of these T&C.

By participating in the promotion the customer agrees to these T&Cs. BenQ is allowed to change these T&C at any time without a notice. Participants are obliged to accept these changes.

2. Promotion period and setting

The purchase period goes from June 17th - August 11th, 2019 (invoice date). The redemption is possible up to 28 days after the invoice date, between August 1st - September 8th, 2019.

All valid promotional products (attachment „promotional products“) have to be purchased between June 17th - August 11th, 2019 at a participating dealer (attachment „promotion dealers“) online or at a store in the promotion area (attachment „promotion area“).

3. Right to participate

BenQ-employees, employees from affiliate and/or partner or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors and their employees are excluded from the promotion. Dealers and distributors are not allowed to claim on behalf of their customers.

Participants need to be residents of a country in the promotion area.

The participation is free of charge and unattached to the purchase of goods or services.

4. Subject and rules of participation

The participant will receive a money transfer in  £ (GBP), depending on the purchased product (attachment „claims“). 

The participant needs to buy valid promotional products within the promotional period in the promotion area to be able to claim his cashback. He needs to claim his cashback by September 8th, 2019 via the BenQ online form, set here:

Together with his invoice the participant receives a unique participation-code, that allows him to enter the promotion-form. If he hasn’t received a unique participation-code from his dealer, he can apply for this code at:  info@benq-promotion.com

On the participation-form he needs to freely and voluntarily provide his personal information, information about the purchased product and an upload of the valid invoice. Participant shall read BenQ Privacy Policy (https://www.benq.eu/en-uk/policy/privacy-policy.html) before he provides his personal data.

The participant needs to freely and voluntarily upload a valid invoice. Personal invoice information (name, address) have to correspond to the redemption-information.

Participant shall be aware of and consent to the processing of his personal data by BenQ for the purpose of promotion.

Hired or leased products are excluded from the promotion. A delivery note or an order-screenshot are no valid uploads.

5. Promotional products

It is necessary to buy a new, original BenQ product, set on the „promotional products“-list.

Every participant is only allowed to claim 1 time.

If the participant returns his promotional product, the claim will be cancelled.

6. Redemption

The participant receives a confirmation email after the redemption. BenQ checks the redemption and with a second confirmation email the participant gets the information, if his claim is valid or not.

After the validation, the participant will receive his redemption code. Usually BenQ proceeds within a time period of 14 days after validation.

If the participant does not receive a confirmation email or his money within this time frame, he may get in touch with the support team via info@benq-promotion.com

7. Early termination

BenQ has the right to end or pause the promotion at any time without any liability, if there happen to be malfunctions, disruptions, frauds, viruses or similar incidents and if administration, security, fairness, integrity or the procedure of the promotion are affected.

There are no options of claims or demands, following the early termination.

8. Data privacy

Personal data such as names, addresses, etc. will be saved by BenQ during the promotion period and under proportion of the BenQ Privacy Policy (https://www.benq.eu/en-uk/policy/privacy-policy.html)

These data will be held in strict confidence and won’t be disclosed to others. Participant consents that his data will be held and stored exclusively by BenQ UK after the promotion period has finished for follow-up promotion purpose. All data will be deleted as long as all the promotion purpose no longer exists.

9. Approval

By sending the submission form the participant approves that he has read and accept the T&Cs. BenQ has the right to change the T&Cs at any time. If the participant dos not agree with the changes, he might cancel his claim by sending a mail to  info@benq-promotion.com .

Recourse to the courts is not permitted.
