What is "out of range" in LCD?

This usually occurs when the Hertz(Hz) or resolution is unsupported. Try lowering the resolution and/or Hz in the display settings.
1. Control panel -> display -> setting -> advance -> monitor -> change frequency to 60 hz.
2. Control panel -> display -> setting -> change resolution supported by monitor
