Research suggests a cool colour temperature of 6,500K improves focus, a neutral colour temperature ranging from 4,900 to 6,500K provides comfort for eyes, and a warm colour temperature of 2,700 to 3,000K enhances relaxation during reading and facilitates better rest afterwards. ScreenBar Pro features 16 levels of brightness and 8 colour temperature settings that comply with ANSI standards, allowing you to adjust based on different scenarios or moods.
