Product Marketing Specialist

LCD display product lines (Full-time, On site)

We are hiring a Product Marketing Specialist for our LCD display product lines, which include Worktainment Displays (WED) and Professional Displays (VPD). This position is primarily a support role for the Business Line Manager (BLM), focusing on tasks related to sales, marketing, warehouse operations, and overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, energetic, organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about new technologies.

 

Core Tasks

  • Support the LCD Business Line Manager in managing sales, inventory, and production.
  • Micromanage weekly sales and inventory trends, run AWS reports, and collaborate with various teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee LCD re-allocation/allocation per purchase order and plan warehouse capacity on a weekly basis to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and upload monthly price list, and spec sheets for existing, end-of-life (EOL), and incoming models.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand specifications, pricing structures, and market positioning of LCD products.

 

New Product Introductions/Go-to-Market

  • Assist the LCD Business Line Manager in setting up/reviewing marketing goals for new products in the pan-European market
  • Provide new product briefings to European branch offices and customers as needed.
  • Ideate go-to-market plans, including key campaigns for websites, brochures, email blasts, advertisements, videos, and social media.
  • Arrange new product samples for key media and influencers.
  • Support product launch, demos, and training sessions.
  • Translate product technologies into customer benefits and collaborate with external associates to enhance product knowledge and presentation.

 

Pricing

  • Review bids and deals to provide effective price quotes to win business.

 

Reporting and Analysis

  • Organize and maintain forecast, revenue, and product reports by running and maintaining the Master File & Context Report.

 

 

If you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail or e-commerce.
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based digital marketing tools.
  • Strong business judgment, supply chain, or operations management experience.

  • Excellent collaborative and cross-functional working skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience handling large and complex data sets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a demanding and often ambiguous environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.
